A Ginseng ficus is a good place to start if you're interested in learning about the ancient Japanese art of Bonsai. While it might not be easy to care for Bonsai trees, this one kind stands out. Its thin, elevated roots that enlarge into a potbelly trunk then become narrow at the branches before spreading out to make a crown makes it stand out among usual houseplants. Detailed Care Guide
Light: Bright Indirect Light. Cannot tolerate low light conditions.
Water: Watering bonsai can be a little tricky. Since bonsai trees are usually placed in relatively smaller pots. It needs to be watered every week. To ensure that the tree is watered properly, place the pot in a sink of water about an inch deep and let the water seep in through the holes at the bottom of the pot. keep the soil moist at all times.
Pet-friendly: The plant is pet-friendly!
Humidity: 40% to 50% humidity is appreciated. It can tolerate low humidity but it thrives in high humidity.
Temperature: Temperatures above 65℉ are ideal.The tree cannot tolerate extreme cold conditions.
Fertilizer: These species are heavy feeders. They need to be fed every two weeks during summer and monthly during winter. Use a balanced liquid houseplant fertilizer diluted to half strength or a slow-release fertilizer.
Repotting: Bonsai needs to be repotted with fresh soil every year during summer. Use a basic houseplant mix. Remove the tree along with its soil from its original pot and trim the lower roots making sure you don't cut too many roots. Place the tree in its original pot or a different pot.
Indoor bonsai generally loses its leaves due to improper care. Do not let the plant sit in dried soil for long periods. If the tree is placed in a small pot and receives bright indirect light all day long then it needs to be watered more frequently i.e., every week. However if the bonsai is placed in a relatively low light spot and in a big pot (which is highly unlikely) then you might not have to water it too frequently. Always check the soil before watering. If it's dry then water it.
Overwatering bonsai can make its leaves turn yellow and eventually fall off. Bonsai also indicates that it might be overwatered by showing mild brown spots on leaves before turning completely yellow. Moreover the soil might start smelling musty. Water the bonsai only once a week and if it is placed in low light then check the soil between waterings. Do not water if the soil is moist.

Express Shipping - AED 35:
Orders with express shipping will ship within 1-2 business days and have shipping charges of AED 35. One charge covers your entire order, regardless of how many items.
You can also have your package delivered on a specific day through express shipping at a cost of AED 35.
Plants and pots are fragile, and occasional damages are inevitable despite our efforts. If your order arrived damaged, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days so we can replace it as part of our 15-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee. Photos are required as proof of damage and to help us improve our packaging process. Otherwise, we cannot offer returns or exchanges at this time. If your damaged plant or pot is no longer in stock, we will refund you or offer a replacement. Due to the fragile nature of the plant, some imperfections are inevitable and can be caused by transport and handling.
Tip: Sometimes plants just need a little TLC after being in transit. One of our plant care experts may coach you through how to overcome something cosmetic, such as bent leaves.
